Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

 

Duties and Responsibility

  1. Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of Workforce Skills Qualification Framework.
  2. Meet with Department HODs and managers to get a full understanding of the works done by all the departments and identify their specific training requirements.
  3. Based on the meetings identify job specific trainings that are required across job roles.
  4. Develop a Skills framework that recognize staff experience and the formal trainings.
  5. Implement a system to award credit points to each training module staff complete which can be accumulated to help acquired a full qualification.
  6. Identify ways to assess and certify skills and competencies.
  7. Write related policies and procedures for the new Workforce Skills Qualification System
  8. Contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate learning strategies in the implementation phase of Workforce Skills Qualification Framework.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field with 05 years of relevant Experience.

Duties and Responsibility

  1. Has a full understanding of all the departments in MPL and their specific training requirements by collaborating with department HODs and Managers to understand their needs related to training and development an recommend and deploy effective solutions.
  2.  Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill, and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.
  3. Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement, and outcomes.  . utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment
     
     
  4. Develop Individual Development Plan for each staff and monitor individual progression as per the plan
  5. To provide staffs with one-to-one guidance on individual career path planning and informing them about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these including  referring them to appropriate training, education course and mentoring/coaching supports.
  6. Develop a Succession Plan at MPL; identify high potentials and developing internal successor
  7. Design and develop programs and curriculum, by collaborating with internal and external experts to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.
