MFMC is seeking a professional and competent valuation firm to value the following right of use asset which the company intends to develop as mandated by the Government.

• K. Gaafaru Lagoon: To be developed for luxury real estate tourism
• S. Hankeda: To be developed for integrated real estate tourism

Interested parties are required to register for the bid by sending an email showing interest to [email protected] before 14:00 hrs on 05^th September 2022.

It is mandatory for the proponents to complete the email registration process prior to the deadline. MFMC would not consider the bids received from unregistered proponents.
