GCE Ordinary level with pass in 2 subjects

  • Complete basic Airport Firefighter Course
  • Able to read and write English
  • Pass the physical Fitness Test (IPPT & PAT)
  • Pass the medical Exam

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend to aircraft / domestic incidents and accidents and perform rescue and firefighting operations/ duties
  • Attend to all fires/emergencies
  • Perform special services. Wash down fuel spillage, fire escort, hot work standby, fueling standby, hazardous cargo standby etc. (Ref SOP)
  • Participate in drill. lectures, fire exercises and physical training
  • Perform cleaning and upkeep of fire station and fire equipment
  • Inspect, test and report on fire safety equipment under ARFF
  • Check all available items and equipment carried on ARFF fire Vehicles / vessels and ascertain their service ability
  • Perform Watch Room Duty
  • Maintain a state of alertness
  • Be familiar with and follow ARFF Standard Operating Procedures
  • Shall be medically and physically fit as per ARFF Medical/physical Requirement (refer SOP).

Responsibilities

  • Check all available items and equipment carried on ARFF fire Vehicles / Ambulance/ vessels and ascertain their serviceability.

  • Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking luggage against flight lists to ensure that the right items go on the right aircraft
  • Transfer luggage from check-in areas to departure areas
  • Move luggage to and from the aircraft and load inbound luggage onto conveyors in the arrivals area.
  • Assist in cleaning terminal area, runways and aircrafts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper organization and planning for all flights of the day.
  • Ensure proper allocation of staff to cover all areas.
  • Monitor staff punctuality.
  • Meet the demands of the operation from time to time to ensure smooth function, such as A-C technical, charter flights, unexpected long flight delay or cancellations, aircraft rotation etc.
  • Ensure proper administration is adhered to in matters relating to in matters relating to revenue such as acceptance of flight coupon, transit passenger meal vouchers etc. and correspondence such as telexes, faxes email etc.
  • Ensure- monitor meal uplift and avoid wastage as Station.
  • Staff- Supervisor performance or any other discrepancies observed with suggestions for rectification and improvement.
  • Liaise with other airline representative, as and when required to meet operational demand.
  • Cover all areas of the airport to ensure smooth function and proper organization.
  • Submit a report to Duty Manager and Airport Service Manager on daily basis on station activities at the end of the day.
  • Submit a separate report on any other incident such as flight technical, DNB, charters.
  • Preparations-Amendments-Changes in the roster.
  • Ensure availability and supply of relevant stationary items at the counter and other areas as per the requirement.

Administrative Tasks

 

  • Ensure the general office administration requirements of the office are met including office supplies, equipment and other general shared office functions (e.g., daily mail receipting and posting)
  • Support the general administrative requirements of the organization including:
  • Internal Maintenance Program documentation
  • data entry and accounts processing
  • Front desk reception for Customers and Communities as required
  • Maintain the Customer Complaints and Feedback Register including issuing the initial acknowledgement
  • Complete all administrative requirements to manage and organize scheduled maintenance

Completed Level 3 Certificate in Engineering and Maintenance or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in the field

 

Responsibilities

  • To supervise the total powerhouse operations and water plans and be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the powerhouse
  • To ensure all preventative maintenance and repairs of powerhouse equipment and components are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the work of assigned shift staff in power plant and water production.
  • Provide day-to-day maintenance/repair and operations of the Powerhouse. 
  • Schedule all shifts to cover planned and unplanned leave; make shift and work assignments to maintain Powerhouse coverage 24 hours.
  • Coordinate all required inspections with the appropriate agencies and personnel; Maintain records onsite of inspections. 
  • Ensure employee timekeeping is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe takeoff and landing of aircraft.
  • Utilize airfield landing and navigational aids.
  • Implement airfield safety procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain flight records.
  • Ensure a safe operating environment for personnel and aircraft operation.
  • Coordinate with agencies such as air traffic control, civil engineers, and command posts.
  • Coordinate communications between air traffic control and maintenance personnel.
  • Monitor and coordinate aviation safety, security, airport access, facility management, noise abatement, environmental issues, and public relations activities in compliance with all regulations.
  • Conducts daily inspections to identify hazards to safe aircraft operations and maintenance.
  • Complete daily inspections of all airport safety and operational areas and equipment including runway and taxiways, airfield lighting, parking aprons, hangars, fuel storage areas, and perimeter fences and gates for hazardous conditions related to aviation operations.
  • Monitor and enforce flight, fire and life safety regulations/procedures including flight line vehicle operations and foreign object debris control.
  • Reviews assigned staff's work in progress for adherence to job specifications, safety regulations and project time lines.
  • Trains employees on job duties and safety regulations, protection and safety procedures.
  • Perform airfield pavement maintenance, including asphalt and concrete removal and repair; perform airfield painting, crack, joint sealing, airfield marking, and rubber removal.
  • Perform grading and tractor work, including compacting, mowing, erosion control, weed abatement, and herbicide application.
  • Perform airfield sweeping, traffic control, and delineation.
  • Perform building maintenance, including changing light bulbs, minor plumbing, painting, wall repairs, stucco repairs, and carpentry.
  • Performs minor fence and gate repairs and welding.
  • Minor repairs and servicing of HVAC units.
  • Operate power tools, vehicles, and equipment.

  • Undertake all works related powerhouse.
  • Maintain operational checklist for generator startup, including taking logs.
  • Inspect powerhouse generators for faults.
  • Repair, clean and maintain powerhouse generators.
  • Resolve all issues related to mechanical problems with powerhouse generator.
  • Support and assist electricians and technicians with electrical and electronic issues.
  • Report and inform supervisor or manager with issues related to generator and other electrical and electronic issues.
  • Undertake air-condition and refrigeration work.
  • Clean and maintain panel room, engine room and corridors of powerhouse
  • Assist in airfield related works and daily airfield inspection
