With the corporation’s larger objective to develop K.Thilafushi island’s roads up to a higher modern standard, TCL has decided to embark on carrying out a pilot road project as a precursor to a larger development. The Pilot Road Project involves the pavement and construction of a 183 meter long 10 meter wide road to an already developed design provided by TCL. TCL invites all interested parties who wish to undertake this pilot project with their own equipment and materials to participate in this tender.

- Price of bid document is MVR 1,000.00 (MVR One Thousand).
- MVR 5,000.00 (MVR Five Thousand) should be deposited as bid security. Bid security duration is for 60 days.
- 15% (Fifteen Percent) of the contract price should be deposited as performance security.
- 15% (Fifteen Percent) of the contract price could be paid as advance payment upon submission of a bank guarantee

- Only one proposal can be submitted by each party.
- Proposal should be valid for at least 60 days.
- Thilafushi Corporation reserves the right to eliminate proposals with incomplete information.
- Proposal should be submitted with all required information.
Only those who have purchased the bid documents for this bid can participate in the bid opening. All bid proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at Thilafushi Corporation with all those who want to participate in the bid opening.
