Request for Expressions of Interest

The government of Maldives has received Aid for the Enhancing Education Development Project (EEDP), administered by the World Bank and to be implemented by the Ministry of Education (MoE). Under the project, MoE will finance the improvement and/or expansion of schools across the country.

As part of this project MoE seeks a specialist/consultant to help with the Development of Higher Education Master Plan for Department of Higher Education (DHE). Interested eligible parties are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest for the following position.

Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, reference letter, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualification and experience, and the attested copy of ID card/Passport before 09^th October 2014, 14:00pm for the following position.

Consultant to Support MOE with developing a Higher Education Master Plan (EEDP.C.7)

Objective

The objective of this assignment is to develop a Higher Education Master Plan.

Duration of service and terms of payment

The service is for a period of four months. The consultant will be hired as a specialist/consultant under the project and will be paid on completion of the assignment in accordance with the agreed rate.
