MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Information Technology or relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in programming.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in .NET Frameworks and HTML5/CSS/JavaScript.

DURATION
1 year contract

OVERALL SCOPE
Engage in all phases of software development lifecycle which include; gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, defining system functionality, writing code in various programming languages and creating application system models.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Design and develop innovative software solutions by analyzing user/business requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the software solution.
• Analyze and study complex systems requirements.
• Study existing software solutions, identify deficiencies, fix bugs and offer timely solutions/modifications.
• Integrate existing software products and getting incompatible platforms to work together.
• Work independently when required.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Work with other developers in an effort to help continually improve the performance of the team and develop quality products.
• Work closely with other staffs for timely resolution of application issues and develop new software applications/components.
• Write, revise and maintain software program documentation, operations documentations, and user guides in accordance with standards.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong background in industry best practices and modern design patterns.
• Good graphic skills and UI design
• Project management skills.
• Mobile application development experience.
• Experience with Source Control (GIT or TFS).
• Experience in automation testing desirable.
• Knowledge in full software development cycle including project formulating, version control and maintenance after development.
• Strong commitment and willing to work outside normal working hours when required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and time management skills.
• Ability to asses and communicate issues clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience with programming language.

SALARY PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.
