INTRODUCTION

Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) requests proposals from qualified contractors to produce brand merchandise for a new product.

The selected contractor will be asked to work in close collaboration with and in support of MWSC’s Marketing & Public Relations Team in produce brand merchandise for a new product

• Detailed RFP and scope to be shared during the information session.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The bidder (single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity) shall be registered in the Republic of Maldives;
• The above must be fully supported by including all the following documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of Bidders National Identity Card
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bid Form or RFP form ( all sections completed, signed, and stamped)
