Consultancy Services for Development Of Standards And Guidelines For Petroleum Sector Of Maldives

Upon the ratification of Energy Act (18/2021), Utility Regulatory Authority has been mandated to regulate export, import, re-export, refining, transportation, storage and sales of petroleum and petroleum-related products, thereby a need for such standards and guidelines. Furthermore, the URA is in the process of increasing its human resources capacity to strengthen enforcement in all areas including environmental aspects, requiring capacity building as well to enable proper oversight and effective enforcement of regulations and standards.

The Authority now invites sealed bids based on the attached Terms of Reference from eligible and qualified bidders for this Consultancy.
