Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Public Announcing System at INIA

The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, installation and commissioning of public announcing system.

A compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested parties on 17^th September 2014,1300hrs Wednesday in MACL Corporate Office building at INIA. Parties who attend Pre-bid meeting on the stipulated time and who register will be allowed to submit the bids.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender documents shall be submitted in a sealedenvelope and must be delivered to the address below on or before 1300hrs, 25^th September 2014 Thursday. Late bids will be rejected.

The offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1300hrs, 25^th September 2014 Thursday, in MACL Corporate Office at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

A Technical Evaluation followed by a Financial Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which the Tender Evaluation Committee will deliberate and finalize the award.
