MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Masters or MNQF level 9 qualification with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
• Degree or MNQF Level 7 qualification with minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible in coordinating and directing work / activities related to monitoring of strategic plans of the Corporation and providing comprehensive support in delivering Corporation objectives under the general direction of the Managing Director.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Development and implementation of result-based monitoring framework across the organization.
• Develop tools, guidelines and checklist for development and implementation of a result-based monitoring framework aligning with the overall strategy and balanced scorecard.
• Develops operational procedures for results-based project management and monitoring and carries out business process mapping and establishment and regular review/ update of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Responsible for the regular monitoring and reviewing of the projects roll out plan for the year and provide recommendations and feedback for improvements.
• Responsible to ensure that monitoring and evaluation processes at project level are efficient and standardized. Ensures that functions are efficiently resourced, and if not provides recommendations to the management based on the evaluation.
• Responsible in coaching the senior management in the formulation of department and unit level KPIs, baselines and targets and results. Participate in the annual planning process by assisting with annual target setting, formulation of indicators and design of data collection approaches.
• Responsible to conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews measuring results against the targets.
• Ensure annual action plans across the organization is finalized in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as may be required from time to time to meet the Corporations Objectives.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Experience/knowledge in Strategic planning and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting
• Work collaboratively and promote teamwork within the workplace.
• Knowledge in developing monitoring &evaluation reports
• Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies)
• Knowledge of basic budget management and calculations.
• Able to identify and delegate tasks to the right personnel of the department.
• Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be self-motivated.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office package and any other software relevant.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
