• Salary: MVR 13,000 – 17,000

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and overseeing daily sales operation of assigned pharmacies and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively
• Arranging and managing attendance and absence of team by ensuring sales operation continues efficiently and attend attendance and absence related requests timely
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry, and damaged items and take necessary action
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and handle employee complaints and reports to a supervisor
• Conduct induction programs for newly joined staff by ensuring they are aware of rules, policy, and procedures
• Ensure of closing daily sales by till settlement and bill consolidation and manage bank deposits as required
• Transfer products and other objects to and from the work site as required
• Ensure pharmacies are maintained cleanliness and organized

Required Qualifications

 More than 8 years’ experience managing and leading a team

Preferred Requirements

• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team
• Leadership and conflict-management skills
• Firm understanding of sales, promotions, trends, retail markets, and merchandising
