Key Roles & Responsibilities:
|
- Collect and compile HR metrics data from a variety of sources including the human resource information systems and payroll outputs, employment records and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to utilization of resources and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain database & perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
- Presenting and explaining findings and solutions (actions plan) to the senior management team.
- To lead in defining and developing project requirement and expectations against specific HR project or systems.
- Lead and monitor status of all HR related projects
- Establish an excellent relationship with all departments and ensure all related timelines delivered
- Assist in HR leadership with staffing, recruiting and budgeting
- Assist with performance, benefit and compensation review and evaluation process
- Effectively carry out all activities and tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll
- Make payroll reconciliation and other related reports in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification and Experience/Skills:
|
- Advance Diploma or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in a related field
|
|
|
|
