INVITATION FOR TENDER

IMPLEMENTATION OF VEHICLE AND VESSELS TRACKING SYESTEM

Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, to hire an experienced party for Implementation of tracking system to monitor and manage vehicles and vessels.

 

  1. 1.     Project overview:

Implementation of cloud based real-time vehicle and vessel tracking system with additional features as per the requirement of STO.

 

  1. 2.     The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:
  • The proposed brand must be on the market for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Parties must have a minimum of 3 successful projects.
  • Successful projects must have at least +100 devices implemented.

 

  • Documents / Evidence of experience shall be submitted along with registration.
  • STO reserves the right to verify the documents / evidence submitted by the Bidder and the Bidder shall, when so required by STO, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification.
  1. 3.     Tendering Process:

 

Registration and Bid Document:

Tenderers can register via email, [email protected], along with the Eligibility documents / evidence to verify the Eligibility.

 

Deadline for Registration is 08th February 2022, 1400hrs.

 

  • ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender.

 

A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on the 09th February 2022, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. 

 

Questions and Replies:

Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 13th February 2022, 1400hrs.

Replies to questions will be sent on 15th February 2022, to all the parties successfully registered under this tender.

Tender Submission:

[NOT LATER than 21st February 2022 at 1400hrs.]  

 

Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected.
