Salary & Benefits

·       Net Salary Range: MVR 13,000 to 14,500

·       Overtime and extra working days allowance

·       Health insurance will be provided after probation

Job Responsibilities

·       Perform routine maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, welding, masonry, tilling works etc.

·       Identify list of materials and provide estimate timeline for given task.

·       Site clearance after completing works.

·       Cleaning and maintaining equipment’s and tools used for maintenance works and ensuring equipment’s are in working condition.

·       Respond to emergency maintenance and repairs tasks during and after office hours.

Required Qualifications

·       Completed Grade 10 OR Certificate 3 in Maintenance related field

Preferred Requirements

·       Able to work on odd hours.

·       Knowledge in welding, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or related field will be an added advantage.

·       Ability to perform maintenance related tasks that require standing or movement for extend period.
