Consultancy To Develop Bachelor of Arts in Sociology

  1. The Maldives National University (MNU) is seeking for a consultant to support the development of develop Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (BAS) course for the Faculty of Arts of The Maldives National University (FA/MNU).
  2. Consultants who are interested to develop the BAS for the Faculty of Arts of The Maldives National University may see the detail TOR attached with this announcement.
  3. Interested consultants should submit the proposals via email to FA/MNU with the following information.
    • Cover letter
    • Detailed portfolio of the consultant. The portfolio must indicate the educational background, experience and the details of the similar consultancies provided in the last 10 years.
    • Work plan and methodology
    • Detailed CVs of main consultant and the team members
    • Educational qualifications/ certificates of the main consultant and the team members
    • Copy of National IDs/ passports of the main consultant and the team members
    • If the proposal is submitted by a company/firm, registration certificate
    • Testimonials of relevant educational and professional experience
    • Timeline (Within the parameters of the timeline stated in the 3rd page of TOR)
    • Financial proposal as indicated in the TOR.
  • Any clarifications regarding the consultancy may be sent to [email protected]  on or before 22nd December 2021 by 23:59 Maldives local time (GMT 18:59).
  • Mode of bid delivery maybe via email to [email protected] on or not later than 23:59 Maldives local time (GMT 18:59) by 5th January 2022
  • Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
  • Proposals will be evaluated by a technical committee of FA/MNU. Marks will be given to proposals according to the criteria specified below. Marks for experience will be based on the portfolio and the supporting documents submitted along with the proposal.
