Consultancy for Developing Capacity of Justice Sector Institutions on Data Literacy and Data Analysis

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) invites interested firms to indicate their interest in providing the following services.

2. The scope of services includes;

1. Conduct a review of existing data across justice system, identify data gaps, and address this in order to harmonise data across criminal system
2. Conduct desk research and analysis of all existing curriculums/training modules, and materials to gain a thorough understanding of the current situation and collect data from relevant institutions.
3. Conduct a "gap" analysis to identify capacity gaps in Criminal Justice Sector institutions for data analysis and management. Consultations, meetings, and interviews with relevant stakeholders should be conducted as part of this process.

3. Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Company profile, Organizational structure, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions etc).

4. Firms have the option to submit expression of interest for any one or more packages.

5. Terms of Reference (TOR) for the services is attached with this advertisement.

6. The Expression of Interest (EOI) must be delivered to the email address below latest by 1100 hours local time on 16^th December2021.

7. The Bidder shall be registered upon submitting by electronic mail, the following information. Bidder who does not registered for bidding (Expression of Interest) would not be able to submit their bid.

8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and shall be sealed and delivered to the Prosecutor General’s Office on 1100 hours local time on 28^th December 2021, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
