       QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma with 1 year experience in a related field or
• A’level 2 pass + 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work overtime as and when required.

      IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO:

• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and contract management. 
• To proactively work with business units and identify major procurement requirements
• Prepare purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies. 
• Ensure products are delivered in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions 
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis 
• Ensuring relevant procurement procedures have been applied. 
• Maintaining procurement related documents in proper manner 
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development 
• Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed 
• Ensuring that invoices received reconcile to purchase orders and created and matching receipts to purchase orders 
• Other tasks assigned by the Agro National that are in relation to efforts satisfying customers and farmers.

     WORKING HOURS:

• 08:00am to 16:00pm (Sunday to Thursday; and Saturdays if needed).
