Responsibility
|
- Assist Manager, External Projects, by providing technical and administrative support on project works.
- Execute assigned projects and works, ensuring their smooth running, efficient and effective management, monitoring and supervision in order to meet the project deadlines, targets and objectives.
- Prepare or ensure preparation of, manage, maintain and update the necessary documents (reports, records, drawings etc) related to assigned projects or works in accordance with the respective procedure of the External Projects Department.
- Advice and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
- Monitor and report on project and work progress, critical issues and problems to Manager, External Projects and all other stakeholders

- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Civil Engineering field.
- With 05 years’ experience in Construction Projects of which 02 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
