Development of 3D Animation of Conceptual Models of Solar PV Projects Under ARISE
The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received grant funds from the World Bank, towards the cost of Accelerating Renewable Energy Integration and Sustainable Energy (ARISE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract Development of 3D Animation of Conceptual Models of Solar PV Projects Under ARISE.
The objective of this assignment is to produce a 5 -7-minute 3D Animation Video that will highlight the conceptual Models of Solar PV installation ongoing under ARISE Project as per the information provided by the Employer. The video will incorporate the design of the Solar Mounting Structures, Floating Solar platform and other Mounting Structures. The Animator should have modern production equipment and qualified creative personnel capable of designing creative concepts.
Key qualifications for the assignment are as follows:
- Professional experience in prescribed sector; &
- At least 5 year of demonstrated working experience in the similar fields nationally and/or internationally; &
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia.
The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in The World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers; Procurement in Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services; July 2016; Revised November 2017 and August 2018.
