Key Responsibilities - Officer in Charge in the Master's absence. - The Chief Officer shall liaise with Masters and Superintendents in operation, safety and pollution prevention matters. - In charge of the efficient operation of the deck department - Serve as Safety Officer or Accident Prevention Officer - Coordinate and follow up the daily work during loading/discharging of cargo and cargo holds cleaning operations Extensive knowledge of financial data analysis/ budgeting/ forecasting methods. Minimum Qualification and Experience Required - Valid and updated Foreign going certificates including Seaman certificate, CDC, GMDSS and PP. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a foreign going vessel. - Should be physically fit to work on board. Should be fluent in English written and Oral. |

Key Responsibilities - Contributing towards the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. - Performing watch duties in port and at sea. - Deck maintenance work according to instruction. - Conduct security duty as instructed by the Ship Security Officer. - Support duties during cargo work.
