Amendment to IFB and ITB - 3 ________________________________________ Regarding Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouse and City Hotel in Addu City, Reference No: (IUL) 426-AB/426/2021/112 (14th March 2021)

The Addu City Council (the “Council”),  representing the Government of Maldives, hereby announces the third Amendment to Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) and Information to Bidders (the “ITB”) for the Lease of Land for the Development and Operation of Tourist Guesthouses and City Hotels in Addu City Reference No: (IUL) 426-AB/426/2021/112. In this announcement Council request bidders to extend bid validity period until 15th September 2021. Hence the following amendment is made to ITB 13.1.

 

Amendments to ITB

ITBClause 13.1 amended as stated below:

13.1 Bids shall remain valid for period of 90 (Ninety) calendar days after the bid opening date. And if the bid validity period is extended in accordance with ITB 13.2 the bids shall remain valid until to that extended time period, even if otherwise stated in ITB and IFB.
