Procurement of Laptops for LAMP staff

The announcement no. (IUL) 22-PU/22/2021/33 (25^th February 2021) for the procurement of 5 laptops has been cancelled due to the changes brought to the required specification. The Ministry of Education (MoE) now re-invites for the submission of Request for Quotations from eligible vendors. 

1. The MoE has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE)  toward the cost of the Maldives Learning Advancement and Measurement Project - LAMP (P172631, RE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of 5 laptops for LAMP staff

1. Interested vendors may obtain further information from the MoE, by mailing to [email protected], before 02^nd August 2021, 14:00 pm.

RFQ and supporting document

1. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, information sheet and laptop specification are attached with this announcement and may also be requested from [email protected].

Quotation Submission

1. Interested parties must submit their quotations by 16^th August 2021 (Monday) 14:00 hours to the address below. Quotations without the completed RFQ document and/or late submissions will be rejected.

Selection of Vendors

1. Selection process will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
