TENDER NOTICE ISSUED FOR FOREIGN PARTIES BY MALDIVE GAS PVT LTD FOR DESIGN AND CONSULTANCY FOR CENTRALIZED LPG PIPELINE NETWORK FOR HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN HULHUMALE’ PHASE 2.

Bidders are hereby invited by Maldive Gas Pvt Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives, for Design and consultancy for centralized LPG pipeline network for high-rise residential buildings in Hulhumale Phase 2. The Tender is open to certified design and consultancy farms.

General Description

Title: For Design and Consultancy for Centralized LPG Pipeline network for high-rise residential buildings in Hulhumale’ Phase 2. 

Organization of execution: Maldive Gas Pvt Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives

Scope of Work

1. Each tower's centerline gas pipe network shall be designed separately In accordance with the Gas Bank on the ground floor in each structural tower building for specific Type A building and Type B buildings.
2. The network of gas pipelines shall be designed in conformity with the applicable local and international safety protocol and standards and shall be highlighted separately with all the conformity details regarding Building Type A and Building Type B
3. The detailed technical specifications, material requirements, and bill of quantities for the project shall be prepared specifically for each building highlighted by Building Type A and Building Type B.
4. Complete survey report highlighting initially about the aspects of safety protocol and general technical aspects.
