(One-Envelope Bidding Process)

1. The Ministry of Education has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education toward the cost of the Maldives Learning and Measurement Advancement Project - LAMP (P172631, RE), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the acquisition of a digital interactive mathematics platform.
2. The Ministry of Education of Maldives now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for an annual subscription of a digital interactive mathematics platform license for 3 years for approximately 17,500 students of Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 to the Ministry of Education.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”)”, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information by mailing to[email protected],  and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0830 to 1330 hours Maldives Time at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English may be downloaded by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and from the Ministry of Education website (https://www.moe.gov.mv) free of charge. The document will be sent electronically. Latest information related to bid will be downloadable and updated in the Ministry’s website.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2nd August 2021 (Monday) 1300 hours Maldives Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on  2nd August 2021 (Monday) 1300 hours Maldives Time.
8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of: MVR20,000.00 or USD1,295.00
