1. Housing Development Corporation Limited invites you to submit proposal for “Software Developer’s Resource Pool” (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) as per the scope given by the Employer.

2. Interested parties shall register as a vendor prior to proposal submission.

3. A complete set of the documents may be obtained by the interested parties from HDC’s website link: https://hdc.com.mv/announcements/bids/

4. Only 100% Maldivian Shareholding parties and individuals with Maldivian nationality are eligible to submit proposal for this Invitation.

5. Proposals must be submitted via email mentioned below in Clause 6, not later than 11:00hrs on 14^th June 2021.
