Call for Applications: CIArb’s Accelerated Route to Membership

CIArb’s Accelerated Route to Membership

Maldives International Arbitration Centre, in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), is offering the opportunity to take part in the Accelerated Route to Membership (ARM) assessment. The ARM will be held virtually.

The ARM certification will be conducted in two batches. The tentative dates are as follows:

Group 1: 8-11 July 2021

Group 2: 13-15 July 2021

Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience with international    arbitration and as a minimum should meet the following requirements:

  • Successfully completed the Introduction to International Arbitration Course by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; OR
  • Have been involved in an international arbitration as counsel or local counsel.

 

Documents to be submitted
  1. A copy of the applicant’s CV
  2. Personal Statement which should explain why you are interested in the Programme and how you would apply the knowledge acquired from the Programme
  3. A copy of the applicant’s National Identity Card
  4. Copy of academic certificates

 

(All documents submitted should be in English)
