Request for Refurbishment Works

The Ministry of Higher Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives: Enhancing Employability and Resilience of Youth (MEERY) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Refurbishment of the Business Incubation Center area.

Information Session:
Information session will be held onsite at Centro Mall, Unit 13, 2nd Floor, Hulhumale’ at 1300 on 20th May 2021 (Thursday). Bids will not be accepted by those parties who do not attend this information session/site visit.
Quotation Submission:
Interested parties must submit their sealed quotations on 25th May 2021 (Tuesday) 11:00 AMto the address below, where they will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Submissions without the completed RFQ document and late submissions will be rejected.
Selection of Bidders:
Bidding will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
