Overall Responsibilities of the Post
- Supports achievement of corporate objectives and assists the department head in planning, coordinating and controlling the learning and development activities.
Specific Duties
- Ensures proper staff performance evaluation management, talent management and manpower planning focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Talent Management
- Leadership Development & Success Planning
- Long – Term Individual Development
- Team Development (Short Term)
- Talent Management
- Workforce Planning
- Implementation of effective systems for the performance evaluation, including training to supervisor for an effective use of the tool leading to career development.
- Advice on work plan, monitoring of evaluation and providing the employees with performance scores after verification.
- Provision of effective counselling to staff on resolving discrepancies, complaints, and disputes, career advancement, development needs, learning possibilities.
- Keep track of performance evaluation as per the schedule for probationary and permanent employees and monitor.
- Coordinate trainings i.e. Inhouse & Outhouse for employees
- Design and Develop Training Needs Analysis
- Design and Develop Annual Manpower Planning accordance to the guidelines
- Conduct Job analysis during post creation to ascertain the level, roles & responsibilities, qualifications and remuneration of that post.
- Handling Onboarding of new employees
- Handle all tasks related to changing the roles and responsibilities or department/section/unit of a staff as required.
- Design and develop presentations, documentation, statistical summaries, announcements and other documents needed for learning and development purposes.
- Monitor measure and prepare reports on staff training & performance evaluation and achievements within agreed formats (using common productivity suites) and timelines.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Assist in the implementation of policies; ensure that the employees are aware of company’s policies.
- Preparing and doing all the documentation work of division annual Budget
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, or related field or HR related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
- A total of 05 years of experience in a managerial position; 03 years experience in a related managerial position with 02 years of managerial experience in the area of learning and development
