INVITATION FOR BIDS

Supply and Delivery of of Waste Management Equipment (Dump Truck, and Mill Crushing Machine) to the Regional Waste Management Facility in R. Vandhoo                                                                       

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment (MoEnv) is seeking qualified parties for the supply and delivery of Waste Management Equipment (Dump Truck, and Mill Crushing Machine) to the regional waste management facility in R. Vandhoo. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

Bid Registration

Interested Bidders shall register with the Ministry of Environment via mail to the email address [email protected] copy: [email protected] between 08:30AM to 13:00AM every working day until 28^th April 2021 from the date of Advertisement. Bidders that do not register would not be able to submit their proposal for this tender.

Pre-Bid meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 25^th April 2021 at 1000 hours Maldivian time in a conference hall in the Ministry of Environment.

Bid Security

The bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 25,000.00 for the project. The bid security shall be valid for 118 days from the date of the bid opening.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid submission. Bids shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment at the address given below, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 29^th April 2021. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 29th April 2021 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected.
