Submission

The Bidder shall be registered to submit a bid upon submission of the attached bidders registration form to the email address [email protected] not later than 1200 hours on April 6,2021. Unregistered parties will not be able to participate in the bid.

Interested individuals may submit their proposals on or before 1100hrs 14^th April 2021, to the following address in a sealed envelope. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address on local time 1100hrs 14^th April 2021. Only bids submitted at this time will be eligible to proceed to evaluation and Late bids will be rejected.

Those wishing to be considered for this consultancy should submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope to:
