Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the vehicle maintenance operation of EMS and assign task to staffs daily with the guidance of HOD
• Daily update the status to HOD and prepare all required reports and documents for management.
• Daily update the status to relevant departments and prepare all required reports and documents necessary.
• Prepare all the maintenance schedules and monitor the schedules and update
• Provide technical assistance to other departments.
• Arranging travel facilities to all the staff who need to travel for work related.
• Efficiently overlook all administrative tasks and show willingness to assist in all aspects of the administrative works.
• Manage the petty cash assign for repair and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Automobile Engineering Degree

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Should be able to work long hours
