Maldives Transport and Contracting Company Plc is inviting interested qualified parties demonstrating the required capacity to submit EOI for the Supply of 17 High Speed passenger Ferry to MTCC on Turnkey basis by 30th September 2021.

The following qualified parties are hereby invited:
The contractor shall:
1- Be a builder of vessels with over 5 years of proven track record,
2- Be able to grant a credit facility of minimum 3 years repayment.
3- Preference will be given to parties, with the ability to accept all payments in Maldivian Rufiyaa,
4- Have a manufacturing facility, all costs associated with inspection by MTCC should be arranged by the contractor,
5- Have a good standing with their banking institution,
Documents to be submitted with EOI.
The following documents should be submitted for the EOI to be responsive for invitation to the Pre-Bid Meeting.
1- Company Registration Certificate.
2- Company Profile which indicates the vessels built over the last 5 years with brief overall specification of each vessel.
3- An authorization letter by the party stating the party will grant a credit facility of minimum 3 years repayment.
4- General arrangement of the production facility, indicating a general plan of how the 17 vessels will be produced and delivered by 30th September 2021.
5- A Letter of Good Standing by the Bankers of the contractor.
