MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

Graduate/ Management Certificate in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE

Monitoring the operations of designated airports managed by the company and overseeing the security needs and ensures enforcement of rules and regulations in the airport.

EXPERIENCE

   Minimum five Years of Experience in Corporate affairs and senior management Levels.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Manages, coordinates and controls all areas of airport operations covering the area of operations and safety.
• Ensure that overall airports operations meet company standard, policies and procedures and confirm with aviation regulatory requirements set by Maldivian Civil Aviation Authority.
• Ensure high priority to delivering service excellence that is in line with Quality Assurance standards.
• Coach the team to ensure that they achieve or exceed company expectations for quality service and by provide regular, constructive feedback, guidance and coaching to develop employees to their full potential.
• Develop and implement policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the airport operations.
• Lead, motivate and create a good working environment that promotes and cultivates changes and openness within the team.
• Be accountable for managing the station’s budget and operating costs.
• Seek opportunities to improve operations, business processes, information resource management, and administration.
• Ensure the staffs are provided necessary training to perform their jobs and recurrent trainings if any required are provided on time to maintain the currency of skills.
• Manage an airport functions consistent with Company business needs and strategy.
• Manage and coordinate Emergency Response Planning activities.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Basic Salary MVR 20,000.00

Fixed allowance 50% of Basic salary
