MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

Graduate Certificate in Legal field.

OVERALL SCOPE

Providing legal advice to the management in protecting the interests of the company and ensuring that the company complies with relevant legislation and regulation.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum three Years of Experience in relevant field.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Provide legal advice, as required, to the management of the company in internal governance policies and managing the impact of external factors
2. Review legislations, court verdicts, correspondence, and publications and advise the Company on appropriate action to be taken
3. Draft agreements and legal documents that minimize risks and maximize legal rights
4. Legal researches on issues related to the functions of the company and provide advice to the management and the Board
5. Provide advice and support in ensuring the Company meets its regulatory compliance obligations in terms of relevant statutory, regulatory, legal and corporate governance requirements
6. Represent the company at the Tribunals and Courts
7. Adhere to and work within the policies and procedures of the company
8. Attend staff and company meetings
9. Act as a formal representative of the Company as required, representing and handling various activities

SALARY PACKAGE:

       Basic Salary MVR 15,000.00

       Fixed allowance 50% of Basic salary
