MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Computer Science or relevant field with minimum 6 years’ experience in relevant field.
2. Preference will be given to candidates who meets the job skills and specification as mentioned below.

OVERALL SCOPE
System Analyst are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and survives, analyzing data and providing technological solutions to business needs, write requirements for new/existing systems and help implement them and monitor their effectives.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize system requirement specifications (SRS), data mapping, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
• Liaising between the IT section and other departments.
• Meeting organizational needs with evolving technology.
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
• Utilizing IT data for business insights.
• Producing reports on application development and implementation.
• Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
• Improving efficiency of procedures by proposing office automation solutions.
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
• Conducting Post Project Reviews (PPR) to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conducting trainings with the implementation of new systems and preparing user manuals.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of system analysis and design principles.
• Knowledge of business processes.
• Knowledge of database management and administration principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and communicational skills.
• Strong commitment and willing to work outside normal working hours when required

SALARY PACKAGE:

Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
