Procurement of LV Feeder Panel

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested local and foreign companies to supply an LV feeder panel as per Information Sheet.

• All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars).
• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

Interested bidders shall register (excluding government holidays) at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building) as mentioned above and late/online registration is not accepted.

Bids shall be opened on 18^th November 2020 at 1000hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.

Important Note:

Please note that only the parties who registered are eligible to participate in the tender. Also, it is in Fenaka Corporation Limited’s discretion to cancel this bid invitation at any time.
