INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF HOLD BAGGAGE SCREENING MACHINE AT GAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

1. Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd (AIA) wishes to receive bids from prospective bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of a hold baggage screening machine to Gan International Airport.
2. The successful bidder shall supply AIA 01 Hold Baggage Screening Machine with a warranty of 01 year from installation date.
3. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 25,000/-(Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty five thousand) The validity of the bid security shall be 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. and may be extended if required; notice of which shall be communicated with the Bidders.
4. AIA reserves the right to accept, reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for cancellation.
5. Bid Documents can be obtained from the Admin Office at Building no. 100, Gan, 19070, Addu City. or by email upon request. For any inquires please e-mail [email protected]
6. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes before 11:00 hrs on 20^th September 2020.
7. Bids shall be opened at 11:00hrs on 20^th September 2020. at Admin Office Building Meeting Room in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
8. This bid invitation does not entail any commitment on part of AIA. 
9. Any cost of preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
