Post: Membership Growth Coordinator (APR)

Term: 3 Years             Type: Volunteer                      Location: National Headquarter

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the organization’s current situation in the area of membership
  • Formulate growth strategy towards planned membership growth
  • Coordinate the implementation of the organization’s growth strategy within the NSO and with Asia-Pacific Support Center
  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the progress on the implementation of growth strategy
  • Prepare periodic reports on membership growth and submit to relevant authorities
  • Coordinate, communicate with Asia Pacific Support Center on matters related to Membership growth
  • Coordinate with fellow NSO membership coordinators in coping with the challenges during the process and what are the best practices that would be helpful in meeting the local challenges
  • Attend necessary trainings, developmental activities that would be helpful in efficient undertakings of the role

 

Main Duties:

The main duties of the Membership Growth Coordinator include:

  • Coordination between the NSO and the APR Support Center on membership growth-related matters.
  • To ensure that the set targets are achieved within the given timeframes.

 

Requirement:

  • Preferably a graduate
  • Able to communicate in English, orally and written form
  • Have basic knowledge in Computer skills
  • Ability of data analysis of reports
  • Ability to develop and implement project proposals and preparation of reports
  • An active member of The Scout Association of Maldives
  • Possess good relationship and communication skills
  • Experience in Scouting is preferable
