Maldives has been a party to the UNFCCC since 1992 and is one of the first countries to ratify the Kyoto Protocol in 1998. Being a party to the convention, every party has to submit their Biennial Update Report to the UNFCCC as per the guidelines set-out Dec. 1/CP. 16 par. 60 and Dec 2/CP. 17 par. 41 and its Annex III. Ministry of Environment is in the process of finalizing the first Biennial Update Report (BUR) of the Maldives.
In this regard, the Ministry is seeking the services of an organization/business entity to print 100 nos. of high quality reports for this purpose.
Interested consultants must provide following:
- Financial Proposal / Quotation with minimum 45 days validity, quoting GST and rate per page
- Technical Specification
- Details of the Firm (including Profile, copy of registration, copy of GST registration, contacts details (name, designation & contact number) of a liaising official) and Business Registration in Ministry of Economic Development.

The Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the address below no later than 1000 hours on 13th January 2019. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope titled as below to the below address. The bids will be opened on 1000 hrs on 13th January 2019, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
