1. Housing Development Corporation Limitedinvites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for Supply and Installation of balcony Railings in 5 story Building (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”).

1. Housing Development Corporation Limited will be financing for the works.

1. Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tender from the office ofHousing Development Corporation Ltd, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumale’, Republic of Maldives.

1. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by the interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/announcements. Bidders may contact us at [email protected] to acquire the bid document as well.

1. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned below in Clause 7, not later than 14:00hrs on 27^th August 2019  and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Bid Data, in the amount of MVR 10,000  (Maldivian Rufiyaa Ten Thousand Only).

1. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned below in Clause 7, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 7 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
