MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma or MNQF Level 5 qualification in relevant field
2. Relevant experience in the field will be an added advantage

OVERALL SCOPE
Oversee and monitor the management of the properties and other various developments in the city. And also allocate and manage the properties.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Identify the property management scope and prepare property management plan accordingly
• Prepare and monitor property management budget
• Prepare property performance report
• Monitor and ensure the performance of service contracts
• Manage and coordinate with maintenance team in ensuring repair and maintenance of the properties
• Prepare tenant mix, profile and allocation criteria for sale and lease property
• Carry out monitoring visits and surveys as required by the Department to ensure compliance with guidelines, agreements and also situation assessment.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Event management skills
• Should be able to work in the field
• Should possess good customer relation skills
• Should be familiar with Microsoft office package
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player
• Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE:

Gross Salary between 12,500.00 to 14,375.00 based on qualification and experience.
