MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Human Resources with minimum 2 years’ experience in the Human Resource field with direct exposure and experience in human resource development and training activities

OVERALL SCOPE
As the leading real estate developer and one of the state-owned companies who have launched mega projects in Maldives, HDC is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our HR team with the aim to enhance our expertise in the area of learning and development and to extend our mandate to community skill development. The job holder is expected to plan, develop, facilitate, monitor and evaluate the training activities of the organization

SALARY PACKAGE:

Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
