EXTENSION FOR BID SUBMISSION
Re-invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Landscaping of Tourism Zones in Addu City
- In reference to announcement numbers: (IUL)426-AA/426/2020/124, (IUL)426-AA/426/2020/125, (IUL)426-AA/426/2020/126, (IUL)426-AA/426/2020/127, (IUL)426-AA/426/2020/128 dated 17th March 2020, Addu City Council has received requests to extend the bid submission deadline. Therefore, the bid submission date has been changed to 15th April 2020 at 14:00 hour’s local time.
- A complete set of the tender documents and query clarifications may be obtained from the following address mentioned below in Clause 3. The Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this Bid.
- The bidders may obtain information from Council website www.adducity.gov.mv/downloadsand from the following address;

5. Bid Submission and Bid Opening
i. Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids at 14:00hrs of 15th April 2020 at the address in IFB Clause 3 or any other venue that the Council may announce. Late comers will not be allowed to participate in the Bid Submission and Bid Opening.
ii. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at the Conference Hall of the Secretariat of the Addu City Council, Addu City or at any other venue that the Council may announce.
