Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 05 years’ experience in Managing and Maintaining a Windows Active Directory Infrastructure in a Cisco powered network comprising of Layer 2 & 3 switching with routing across multiple VLANs and Security Appliances. .  

  • Adequate experience with the design, specification, installation, and support of Local Area computer networks running on a Directory Service

  • Infrastructure comprising of Layer 2 & 3 switching with routing across multiple VLANs and Security Appliances. 

  • Skill in building and rebuilding computers and Networks, deploying Operating Systems and Software.

  • Skill in the application of Test and Measurement Instrumentation such as OTDRs for network troubleshooting.

  • Skill in Copper and Fiber Optic Cable repair, termination and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English. 

  • Ability to effectively use job-related computer software and create presentations 

  • Ability to excel in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Attends to Work Orders and does Routine checks described in the Technical Services Engineering Manuals promptly and documents all pending, repair, design and installation work in appropriate logbooks and the corporate intranet; continuously updates designated Section Heads about all events.

  • Designs install upgrades, configures and repairs Corporate Network hardware and infrastructure.

  • Installs troubleshoots and tests computers and related network hardware in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory Infrastructure. Provides hardware-level support for vendor-specific installations related to the Aviation Industry.

  • Installs and configures approved hardware and software upgrades in a networked environment comprising of Cisco and other Layer 2 & 3 switching with routing across multiple VLANs and Security Appliances.

  • Reads technical journals and systems manuals, does research over the Internet to learn about the maintenance and use of industry-related computer hardware, software, IOT and networking systems that can be utilized for the development and maintenance of Gan International Airport and suggests detailed proposals to Section Heads about appropriate technologies.

  • Coordinates development and maintenance of updated Network Topologies, Maps, and network benchmark standards within the organization.

  • Develops and coordinates network replacement plan and change management.

  • Maintains all IT related Software, Manuals, CDs, Books and other documentation including network maps of Gan International Airport.

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with effective policies established at Gan International Airport.

  • Creates periodic inspection schedules, IT policies, Operating Procedures for Network and IT-related equipment and infrastructure.

  • May drives the vehicle to pick up and deliver personnel and materials to/from remote sites.

  • Train and direct trainee employees or employees in a lower pay grade; may participate in training new employees.

  • Adheres to and promotes the ethics of copyright law applies.

  • Adheres and promotes Occupational Health and Safety standards and the company’s Safety Policies

Salary and Other benefits

Basic salary 12,700/-

Food and other allowances will be paid as per company policy
