Invitation for Bids

Supply of Equipment for STELCO Wellness Centre

1. State Electric Company Ltd (STELCO) invites sealed Bids from interested and eligible Bidders for the above mentioned tender.

1. The Bid Validity shall be minimum Ninety (90) days from the date of Bid opening.
2. Tender Schedule:

1. The Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed as follows:

• STELCO shall not be liable for the misplacement or premature opening for the unlabeled sealed Bids.

Important Note:

•  It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any quotation which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at any time during the quotation evaluation process. Also it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this request for quotation at any time. 
• Bids will be accepted only from the parties which attend the information session.

1. Bids shall be opened as mentioned in the schedule, at STELCO Head Office, 2^nd Floor meeting room, in the presence of those Bidders or Bidder’s representatives who wish to attend the session.
2. - Important Note: It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any bid which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at any time during the bid evaluation process. Also it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at any time.
