REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL               

Supply of Spare Parts of Refrigerant Reclaim Machine and Tools required for operating the machine

The Government of Maldives through the Ministry of Environment (ME), is seeking to purchase spare parts of refrigerant machines and tools required for operating the refrigerant reclaiming machine.

A more detailed Bidding Document for the supply of spare parts and tools are attached with this advertisement and will also be available on the Ministry’s website www.environment.gov.mv. Interested suppliers or companies may obtain further information via mail to [email protected]

The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR (7000) which shall be valid for (90) days beyond the validity of the Bid. The Amount of Performance Security required under the contract shall be 10% of the Contract Price. An Advance Payment of 15% of the contract price shall be provided upon submission of an Advance Payment Guarantee.

The Bids should be addressed to the following, and the bid opening meeting will be held at the Ministry on September 15^th2019, 1100hrs. Late bids would not be accepted. Kindly attend the bid opening by the stated time and date, along with a hard copy of the bid proposal.
