MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

1. Post-graduate Degree or MNQF Level 9 Qualification in Auditing or Accounting with minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in Auditing and or Accounting field or
2. Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Auditing or Accounting with 6 years’ experience in Auditing and or Accounting field (of which minimum 2 years’ shall be relevant managerial experience)

OVERALL SCOPE
The Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing compliance within the organization, ensuring that the company and employees are complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. CIA is the architect & steward of the organization’s compliance strategy, structure and processes. As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, the CIA is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable rules and regulations. The CIA must report directly to Audit Committee of Board of Directors and shall work closely senior management with regard to important issues and operational violations.

 

SALARY PACKAGE:

Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
