In accordance with our business plans, HDFC PLC has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the Credit Team of the company in the capacity of a Technical Officer.

Job Title: Technical Officer

Major Responsibilities:-

• Inspect and report all construction work in relation to HDFC Loans
• Perform regular inspections on the HDFC Loans from the beginning, and through the stages, to completion of the building process.
• Review all “bill of quantities” (BOQs) received with the loan applications and report the findings to the Credit team.
• Preparation of relevant technical documentation, and works execution progress reports

Required Qualification & Experience:-

• Diploma / A’Level
• Ability to draw standard reports by using Microsoft software packages

Term of Contract: 12 months (Renewable subject to performance review)
