Assistant Officer – Customer Service Center

The position entails all aspects of local and international operational activities of the company. This includes communicating with clients, liaising with overseas service providers and handling emergency evacuation cases. The scope of job includes quick thinking, prompt decision making skills and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

×          Ability to work in shift duties & flexible to take night duties

×          GCE O’ Level 5 passes or A’ Level 02 passes (Grade C & Above)

×          Previous work experiences will be an added advantage

×          Computer skills with knowledge of MS applications and Multitasking skill

×          Excellent verbal & written skills in English & Dhivehi

×          Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

×          Ability to work in a team environment

×          Able to travel locally and internationally on official works

×          Pleasant personality

Responsibilities

×          Attending to clients, clearing up queries and accepting submissions at front-line level.

×          Registering, updating and processing cases.

×          Communicating with empanelled overseas hospitals regarding new cases, authorizations, treatment confirmation and (possibilities for best means of medical care)

×          To have full knowledge and ability to access all services, including decision making based on information available and policies implemented.

×          Coordinate with overseas company staffs to ensure that all customer needs are met and issues are attended to on a real-time basis.

×          Confer with customers by telephone and email to provide information inquired about cases, possibilities of services, obtain details of complaints, and other relative queries.

×          Receive, attend, and process Emergency Evacuation cases. This includes coordinating with medical centers, aviation and transport service providers, etc.

×          Be stationed overseas as per the Overseas Exposure rotation schedule.
