RE-ANNOUNCEMENT-INVITATION FOR BIDS

              We don’t get enough requirement on proposals to the previous announcement dated on 09^th July 2018, Reference No: (IUL)133-AS/133/2018/6, would like to cancel the bids submitted and now request for new proposals from interested and eligible parties for below mentioned project.

                                                                                         Subject:Design and development of a Software application project

1.   The Department of National Registration, invites bids from local and foreign parties for design and develop a software application for managing the main functions of services which is provided by Department.

        2. Pre-bid meetings will be held on 16^th September 2018 (Sunday) at 1300 hrs in a meeting room of the Department of  National Registration,(Velaanaage 4^th floor).

        3.Proposals will be opened 26^th September 2018(Wednesday) at 1300 hrs in a meeting room of the Department of National Registration, (Velaanaage 4^th floor) in front of bidders who wish to participate in the meeting.  Late bids will be rejected.
